You confirm that you own the rights to, or have permission to use, any artwork, logos, or designs you submit.

We are not responsible for trademark or copyright issues related to customer-supplied artwork.

Final responsibility for spelling, layout, and design approval rests with the customer.

Production begins after order submission and payment (unless otherwise agreed).

Custom products may have slight variations in color, placement, or size. These are normal and acceptable within industry standards.

Prices are based on quantities, garment availability, and artwork complexity.

Payment is required before production unless terms have been approved in writing.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has started.

Any changes requested after proof approval may result in delays and additional charges.

Delivery dates are estimates and not 100% guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us for a full refund at support@merchless.com. However, as stated in these policies, returns are not accepted for late delivery due to carrier issues or events outside our control, customer-related errors in design or artwork, or slight color variations as noted in our color disclaimer. Please note refunds may not be available on all orders and store credit may be provided.

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
