No. If you use our design tool, that is essentially your proof. Because we've decorated millions of garments over our 35 year history we know what to look for – every order is reviewed by our art department. If you have specific instructions for placement, size, etc please add those in the special instructions section of the designer. If we see any issues or have questions we'll reach out.

Common items include t-shirts, hoodies, bags, sport items, and uniforms. We do not print beanies and fleece items.

Vector files (AI, EPS, and PDF) are preferred. We also accept DST files via email for embroidery items at support@merchless.com.

We offer printing up to 8 colors. We use DTF for anything above 8 colors.

Screen printing is ideal for graphic artwork and larger quantities. DTF (transfers) is typically better for smaller orders that require more than 8 colors, have multi-gradient artwork, and/or photographic imagery.

Screen printing is highly durable. We provide care instructions with every order.

Common items include hats, beanies, polos, jackets, hoodies, bags, and uniforms. Thinner garments like lightweight t-shirts are typically not recommended.

Pricing is built to provide up to 10,000 stitches which covers 90% of projects. If your design requires more than 10,000 stitches we'll reach out.

We accept DST and EMB files via email at support@merchless.com. Vector artwork (AI, EPS, or PDF) is always preferred.

Minimum height for small text should be .25" – small text and fine details may not reproduce cleanly. We review every order and will reach out if we feel your artwork will not produce the best quality.

Pricing depends on quantity, decoration method, artwork complexity, and print location(s). The more colors and print/embroidery locations means higher pricing. Price decreases as quantity increases. You can use our instant quote tool to estimate costs.
